My name is Helen Osei and I have been working at Cardinal Road Infant and Nursery School for over fifteen years. The time has flown by, and I am now married with a teenage son, who is mixed-race Ghanaian/British and is passionate about running and goalkeeping!
I am presently Deputy Head Teacher, and have previously been Assistant Head Teacher, including being responsible for English Additional Language (EAL) pupils, which has allowed me the privilege of being involved in children's learning from Nursery, all the way through to Year Two.
I joined the Governing Body in September 2014, and I am thoroughly enjoying being that crucial link between staff and governors, and learning more about all the different aspects that the role entails.
Both the staff and governors are totally committed to making Cardinal Road the fantastic environment that it is, and I am really proud to be part of it.
