I have lived I Feltham since 1990, and originally joined the Governing Body as a Parent Governor in 2001 when my daughter attended Cardinal Road Infant and Nursery School. I subsequently became a Community Governor, then a Local Education Authority Governor when she left the school, and I am currently a Co-opted Governor.
Since 1979, I have worked within the BBC, BBC Studios (the commercial arm of the BBC) and Getty Images, where I held various positions from Admin Clerk to Sales Manager. In 2019 I left full-time employment to set-up a broadcast archive consultancy and research business. I currently work with UK television production companies and Stock Image Archives, advising them on rights & clearances and locating content for their programmes.
It has been a pleasure to be involved in the development of the school, and to assist and support the staff to constantly improve the academic and social wellbeing of the school and its students.
