I joined Cardinal Road School governors body in September 2015, when my son started in Reception.
Education has always been a very important part of my life, and I wish to pass on the same feeling to my son and daughter. By being a governor, I feel like I am part of the school, and I respect so much more the hard work that all the teaching staff do. The experience so far has been wonderful. Not only have I met great people, but I have been able to see first-hand all the passion, the dedication and the enthusiasm that staff and governors put in in order to have a great school, with great results, but most importantly, with happy children.
I have lived in Feltham for nearly nine years and while I spend time at home with my children, I am in the process of writing the dissertation for my masters degree.
